General information on the pre-registration and registration process

Pre-registration is the procedure that must be done to be admitted for the first time in a center supported with public funds, and also when you want to change center.

The deadline for submitting applications for the academic year 2021-2022 will be from March 15 to March 24, 2021.

To pre-register you need:

  • know the schedule of the whole process,
  • consult the centers and the offer of school places,
  • know the priority criteria with which the applications are ordered and also the necessary documentation to justify them,
  • submit the application and documentation within the established deadline.

Applications are sorted according to the application of the priority criteria.

Dates of pre-registration for the 2021-2022 academic year

The deadline for submitting applications will be from March 15 to March 24, 2021. (second cycle of early childhood education and primary education).

Priority criteria for the ordering of applications

For the 2nd cycle of infant education and primary education, the following apply:

General criteria

  • If there are siblings enrolled in the center or the father, mother, legal guardian works there: 40 points.
  • By proximity of home or place of work to the center requested in the first place (only one option):

- When the usual address is in the area of influence of the center: 30 points.

- When, at the request of the applicant, the address of the place of work of the father, mother, guardian, guardian or de facto guardian is taken into account, and this is within the area of center influence: 20 points.

- When the usual address is in the same municipality of the center requested in the first place, but not in its area of influence: 10 points.

  • If the parent or legal guardian receives the aid of the minimum insertion income: 10 points.
  • For a disability equal to or greater than 33% of the student or a first-degree relative: 10 points.

Complementary criteria

  • Due to being part of a large family or single parent: 15 points.

Area of influence

The proximity of the home to the center is one of the general criteria that are taken into account to establish an order of priority in access. The list of centers close to a home lists the centers where the highest score can be obtained when applying for a school place, if requested in the first option.

Any citizen can know the centers where he can obtain the maximum score by proximity to the web page of the Municipal Institute of Education of the City council of Lleida.

Obtaining the application form

Pre-registration application forms can be obtained, during the pre-registration period, directly from any school, at the Municipal Schooling Office of Lleida City Council or via the Internet: http: //www.gencat. cat / pre-registration .

Procedure

In order to apply for pre-registration, all the necessary documentation must be submitted to prove the identity of the applicant families and compliance with the priority criteria for allocating places. As this year all the procedures are done electronically, you must scan or photograph all the documents requested on both sides and have them available on the device you will use to fill out the pre-registration form, whether a computer, a tablet or a smartphone, so you can attach them.

  • The documents required to prove the identity of the families in the pre-registration application are:

    • Family book or other documents related to affiliation.
      When the student is in a foster care situation, the document that must be provided is the foster care resolution of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families .
    • DNI of the father or mother or guardian of the student.
      If the applicant is a foreigner, they will need the residence card with the NIE or passport , and if they are a foreigner from a member country of the European Union, they will need to attach the identity document of the country of origin .

    Exceptionally, the identification or affiliation data of foreign students can be accredited with the identity document, the family book of the country of origin or the alternative documentation that the person can provide. The principal of the corresponding school will assess and examine the documentation submitted

Submission of the application

A single pre-enrollment application must be submitted to the school requested in the first place. Submission of more than one application will invalidate the priority rights.

  • All the centers and courses that you would like to access, in order of preference, must be indicated on the application form.
  • Schools are required to admit all pre-registration applications submitted during the days provided for in the official pre-registration calendar. No application for admission may be rejected on the grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion or any personal or social circumstance.
  • The centers cannot receive any amount for this pre-registration, for a place reservation or for other concepts and no place can be reserved in advance or differently from that established by the regulations.
IMPORTANT dates to consider during the process .:
- From 15 to 24 March 2021: submission of applications.
- March 25 and 26, 2021: presentation of documentation.
- April 19, 2021: list of applications with the provisional score.
- From 20 to 26 April 2021: Submission of claims.
- April 30, 2021: list of applications with the score once the claims have been resolved.
- May 5, 2021: raffle to resolve pre-registration applications tied on points.
- May 7, 2021: sorted list.
- From 26 to 28 May 2021: extension of pre-registration requests without a place assigned to any center.
- June 4, 2021: final offer of school places.
- June 7, 2021: list of admitted students and waiting list.
